Cylinder Washing Machine
Cylinder washing machine, also named rotary washing plant, can be used in ore dressing of kinds of lumpy ore hard to wash. There are two kinds of washing machines, cylinder type and grate cylinder type. The grate cylinder washing plant can separate the ore to be +40mm and -40mm, and -40mm ore can be separated to be +2mm and -2mm by spiral washing machine. This combination of cylinder washing machine and spiral washing machine is an efficient way to wash the sticky ore.
The cylinder washing plants wash the ore with great efficiency with its self-milling function. And it is usually used in ore-dressing before jigging process. The washed ore is similar to round shape and very suitable for jig separation, so cylinder washing plants are very important for the washing process before ore upgrading.
